In Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, a passenger plane belonging to Jubba Airlines turned upside down and crashed to the ground while landing.
The plane, which was traveling from the city of Baidoa to the capital Mogadishu and carrying more than 30 passengers, caught fire. Firefighters arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
In the images shared on social media, black smoke was seen rising from the plane. Airport officials announced that the passengers and crew were rescued. The cause of the accident is not yet clear.
